Dinner
Bilbao’s Menu features Hot and Cold Tapas (apetizers), Salads and Daily Soups. Our Entrees feature Grilled chicken breast with fine herbs and olive oil, Ribeye steak in green pepper sauce and Traditional Paellas. Paella is Spain’s national Dish and gets its name from the pan it is cooked in. The dish is traditionally made with a base of rice and saffron. There are three widely known types of paella: Valencian Paella (paella valenciana), Seafood Paella (paella de marisco) and Mixed Paella (paella mixta).
